Bathrooms are disgusting! There was a rolled up dirty diaper on the floor, dead bugs, the sink to wash your hands had hair in it, no soap or paper towels. Showers were filthy. The camp site next to ours had a bunch of drunks singing karaoke (blaring out of huge speakers) until 2am. The singing was HORRIBLE, adding insult to injury! What was supposed to be a relaxing camp at the lake was infuriating, and the same group had about 5 digs roaming loose, one peed on my tent! It was like the wild west out there, no rules. Never coming back to this place again.
Beaches are filled with trash. Very tightly packed. Not fun at all. Benches are filthy. The lake is decent go swim in though but it smells like rotten fish.
Wonderful place to camp and have a celebration. Can get hot during the summer, but that is normal. Beautiful views.
Its absolutely gorgeous and the water is nice and clean. The locals are really hospitable. Only thing we felt it was missing is boat and jet ski rental/marina or we would have gave 5 stars
