I just moved here and couldn't be happier with the park and price. Good community to top it off.
Beautiful park with amenities that even the grandkids will enjoy. Play scape under a big shade tree, huge grill / smoker, laundry onsite, tv / fitness room and a stocked fish pond with ducks. Park is quiet at night even with 30 campers. Very relaxing and family oriented.
The parole were so helpful, the surrounding area was so beautiful, there was a creek in the back like a hidden treasures.

Great place yo stop when visiting college station. Just a short 13min drive to campus. Looks brand new. Bath room and lounge facilities are outstanding. A bit difficult to get a hold of owners and never received reservation confirmation. They need to close the loop but are doing a good job just getting started. Nice pond. Will be back.
